A stronger, surer self opens in front of you.

THE SOUL — FOUR PRINCIPLES
P·01

Intuition

Trained instinct. You can only surprise someone once — so we build the reflex, not the rehearsal.

P·02

Reality over myth

Scientific truth and street truth. No folklore, no mysticism — only what holds under pressure.

P·03

Less is more

Three techniques, a thousand repetitions. Depth beats inventory, every time.

P·04

Be first

Initiative. Decisive action. The advantage belongs to whoever moves with intent first.

Close, quiet detail of a practitioner's prepared hands.

WHERE THIS COMES FROM

A lineage, not a franchise.

From Imi Lichtenfeld to Master Jyrki Saario — who created Defendo and brought Classic Krav Maga to the Nordics — to Master Instructor Istvan Nagy today. Each line was taught by the one before it. Reference gravity: West Point and SpaceX. Not a gym.

QUESTIONS

Before you apply

Q·01Do I need prior experience to begin?+
No. The Home Class stage is the entry point. What matters is willingness to drill the fundamentals correctly, again and again.
Q·02How long until I can teach?+
There is no fixed clock. You advance when your instructor certifies that the system has become instinct — not when a calendar says so.
Q·03What does certifying a club involve?+
A certified club teaches under the academy standard and curriculum. You apply, train to the standard, and are assessed by a master instructor.
